How many people can Galuwa host?
Galuwa Dining holds up to 300 seated or 500 standing. The courts and rooms take groups from 10 people to several hundred. Larger events can run across the courts, rooms and dining spaces at once. Do our people need to be sporty?
No. Our coaches run every activity for mixed ability groups. Pickleball takes about five minutes to learn. If some guests would rather watch, there’s plenty of space to cheer from the side with a drink in hand.
Can we have drinks at our event?

Do you provide catering?

Is there parking?
Yes. Galuwa has on-site parking, including accessible spaces and active transport spaces. Most guests drive straight in.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Galuwa has wheelchair-friendly access, accessible toilets and a hearing loop in the program rooms. Let us know about any access needs and we’ll plan around them.
Can people who've never played golf join a golf day?

When should we book our Christmas party?
Now. Late November and December dates go first. Locking in your date early gives you the best choice of spaces and times. You can confirm final numbers closer to the day.
